Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2, 2026

Sunovabit ("we") built DentDOG PDR ("DentDOG", "the app") to help dent repair technicians write estimates. This policy explains what the app does with your information. Short version: your estimates and photos stay on your iPhone, we don't run ads, and we don't sell data.

Information the app uses

  • Camera and photos. DentDOG uses your camera, and photos you choose from your library, to document and measure vehicle damage. Dent detection and measuring (including LiDAR depth data) run on your device. We never receive your photos.
  • Estimates and app settings. Panel notes, dent counts, prices, and settings like card order are saved on your iPhone.
  • PDF exports. When you share an estimate, iOS sends the PDF only where you choose (Mail, Messages, AirDrop, Files, and so on).
  • Insurer sign-in (future feature). If you choose to connect an insurer platform such as Mitchell or CCC, you sign in on that company's own page. The login tokens are stored in the iOS Keychain on your device and are used only to talk to that provider. Their own privacy policy covers your use of their service.

Information we do not collect

DentDOG has no Sunovabit account system and no advertising. It does not include third-party analytics or tracking. It does not collect your location, contacts, or identifiers for tracking. We do not sell or share personal information.

Email support

If you email us, we use your email address and anything you send only to answer you. We don't add you to marketing lists.

Deleting your data

Because your data lives on your iPhone, deleting the app removes it. You can disconnect an insurer account inside the app at any time.

Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how DentDOG PDR handles data, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above before the change takes effect.
